In our first year with [MainSpring], we upgraded numerous elements of our IT systems including security issues, equipment, and operations. Their staff also addresses our IT issues whether large or small. Their response time is always within the promised time frame and it is often within an hour after a ticket is submitted. Overall, we have substantially improved our IT functions and operations. They promised to be more than just an IT support system. They are easily meeting that promise.
MainSpring has been responsive and customer service-oriented for over 5 years. Our infrastructure is up-to-date and well maintained, and regularly audited for potential problems.
MainSpring has implemented a very proactive approach to managing our IT environment, focusing on increasing staff productivity through aggressive risk management, rapid response to issues as they arise, and sensitivity to the type of work that our association routinely does. Moving to MainSpring was one of the best decisions we’ve made. CSPI switched to MainSpring as a strategic partner for IT services in the summer of 2018.
