In our first year with [MainSpring], we upgraded numerous elements of our IT systems including security issues, equipment, and operations. Their staff also addresses our IT issues whether large or small. Their response time is always within the promised time frame and it is often within an hour after a ticket is submitted. Overall, we have substantially improved our IT functions and operations. They promised to be more than just an IT support system. They are easily meeting that promise.

Moving to MainSpring was one of the best decisions we’ve made. CSPI switched to MainSpring as a strategic partner for IT services in the summer of 2018.
