Dean Martin has been with MainSpring since 2015. He provides administrative oversight for his team, which has members stationed across the country and abroad. Prior to MainSpring, Dean spent 22 years in the Army, retiring in 2009 as the 555^th Engineer Brigade Communication Chief. Since then, he has worked for General Dynamics as the Western Regional Manager at Fort Lewis and also the Korea Operations Manager at USAG Yongsan, Seoul South Korea.

When he’s not working on his MBA, Dean enjoys hiking in the Olympic and Cascade mountain ranges, as well as boating on the Puget Sound. You can also find him rooting for his favorite football team—the Seattle Seahawks. Go Hawks!
