How exciting, you have a new employee starting and we can help to ensure they are ready to go on their very first day! We require 48 hours notice prior to your new hire starting so that our team can cover every detail.
Please click on the new hire request button and complete all fields, as applicable. When finished, hit the Submit button and your request will automatically be assigned a service request number in our system. From there, a technician will be assigned and will be in touch with any questions they may have. If your new employee is getting a brand new desktop or laptop, we require a 7 day notice so that an onsite can be scheduled.
If an employee is leaving your company, please click on the termination request button and complete all information and hit Submit. We try to make doing business with MainSpring easy and seamless, so if you have suggestions on how this process could be improved, we want to hear from you!
In order to better serve you, we need to keep your preferred, after-hours contact information up to date. When an emergency happens at 3:00 a.m. or on a Saturday, we want to make sure that we are reaching out based on the needs & preferences of your organization.
