MainSpring has seen tremendous growth over the last year—onboarding many new clients, while simultaneously helping improve existing clients’ technology use. While we could chalk it up to “just something in the air,” the reality is that our clients are the cause. Their commitment to improving their organizations’ compliance with IT industry standards, reducing risk and increasing their team’s productivity has given birth to a new position at MainSpring—ProSuite Project Coordinator.

Welcome, Ashley Fanning!

This month, Ashley Fanning assumed the new role by joining our IT managed services (ProSuite) team. As project coordinator, Ashley will serve as lead liaison for MainSpring’s operations, helping clients, their vCIOs, professional services consultants, partners and vendors work better together, ensuring client needs and requirements are met. She will spearhead communications related to client project kickoffs, equipment ordering, and project specifications and scoping. Ashley’s role in the ProSuite model is vital to ensuring organizations reap the productivity and security returns on their investments.

She joins us having previously worked as a service, event and project coordinator, as well as a procurement agent in the IT industry. In addition to her keen project coordinator experience, Ashley brings an adventurous spirit to the MainSpring culture; she enjoys swimming, fishing, exploring, kayaking, hiking and just spending time outside with family and friends. She also has a daughter, Cassidy, whom she shares a birthday with, along with two elderly cats, Grayson and Trixie. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys cooking, traveling, working on cars, DIY crafting, restoring old furniture and cheering on her favorite sports teams—the Washington Capitals, Dallas Cowboys and the Auburn Tigers.

We’re excited to have Ashley on board with us, and we encourage you to welcome her to the team!
